Moya Cannon, poeta irlandesa contemporânea, questiona os limites da sua língua, da sua nacionalidade através da poesia mas, também, através do seu trabalho como tradutora.

Moya Cannon, contemporary irish poet, questions the limits of language and nationality in her work both as poet and translator.

The theme is "The tongues of poetry". The means will be to rethink the language(s) of poetry. The aim we propose is to consider the different ways in which poetry manifests itself and how they "tell" the world - through silence, resistence, celebration, rupture, intervention.
